About the Event
The Wheelchair American Football Exhibition Game is a landmark moment for adaptive sports in Africa — the first-ever organised competition of its kind on the continent. Hosted by AFEDEV in collaboration with the US Consulate General, Lagos, the event brings together four teams of para-athletes to compete at NIS National Stadium.
The event is part of AFEDEV's wider mission to make American football inclusive, accessible, and available to all Nigerians regardless of physical ability.
